These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with MiraPocket. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to them.
About us

Our products
We sell personalized portrait hardcover photo books measuring 8 × 11 in. Each book is made to order using the photos, text, and design you choose on the product page. We describe our books as accurately as we can; product images are illustrative, and small variations in color and finish between screen and print are normal.
Your photos and text
By uploading photos or entering text, you confirm that:
- you own the content or have permission from the owner to use it, and its use in your book does not infringe anyone else's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- where the content shows other people, you have the right to use their image in this way;
- the content is not unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. We may refuse to print, and cancel and refund, any order containing content we reasonably consider unacceptable.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, reproduce, and print your content solely to produce and deliver your order, provide customer support, and fulfill any reprint. We do not use your photos for marketing or any other purpose, and we claim no rights in them beyond this license. You are responsible for any content you upload and for any claim that arises from it.
Checking your preview
The product page shows a live preview of your book as you personalize it. It is your responsibility to check the preview carefully before ordering — including spelling, names, dates, photo order, cropping, and image quality. We print what you approve. We do not proofread or edit your content, and, except where required by applicable law, we are not responsible for errors that were visible in the preview or that result from the files you uploaded. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfill an order — for example because a price has been listed incorrectly or your content cannot be printed — we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Personalized goods and cancellation
Because each book is made to your specification, orders cannot be canceled or returned for change of mind once placed, except where required by applicable law. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; we will help where printing has not yet started. Books that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect are covered by our Returns & refunds page.
Pricing and payment
Prices on this store are displayed and charged in British pounds (GBP). Any applicable sales tax and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect books, and refunds, are covered by our Returns & refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Acceptable use of this site
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for anything unlawful. Site content, including text, designs, and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, but not for loss that is not foreseeable, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the version that applies to your order.
