These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed at mirapocket.com. They sit alongside our Terms of service, Shipping policy, Returns & refunds and Privacy policy. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products
We sell personalized 8 × 11 in portrait hardcover photo books. Each book is made to order from the design, photos (1 to 25, one per page) and text you choose. Product images are illustrative. Small colour and finish differences between screen and print are normal and are not a defect.
2. Your content and your preview
You confirm you have the right to use every photo and piece of text you upload. Please check the live preview carefully before ordering, because we print exactly what you approve. We may refuse, cancel and refund any order with content we reasonably consider unlawful or inappropriate.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown and charged in British pounds (GBP). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order. We may change prices at any time, but this doesn't affect orders already placed.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because of a pricing error or a file we can't print, we'll contact you and refund you in full.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. Shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days, including printing and transit, and the estimate is shown at checkout. Estimates aren't guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please check your address at checkout, because we can't recover a package sent to an incorrect address.
6. Cancellations and changes
Every book is personalized, so orders can't be cancelled or changed once printing has started. Email us as soon as possible after ordering. If printing hasn't started, we'll amend or cancel the order and refund you in full.
7. Returns and refunds
We don't accept change-of-mind returns on personalized goods, except where the law requires it. If your book arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll offer a free reprint or a full refund, usually without you sending the book back. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us confirming the outcome. Errors visible in the preview or caused by your files aren't covered. See Returns & refunds.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Liability
We don't exclude or limit liability where the law doesn't allow it. Otherwise, we're liable only for foreseeable loss, up to the amount you paid for the order.
10. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and print it only to fulfil your order, provide support and make any reprint.
11. Privacy
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
13. Changes
The version published when you order is the version that applies to your order.
